We are looking for a creative colleague who loves video editing, trends, fast-paced content creation, and playful content. 💛📱

We create daily videos for Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and influencer collaborations. That’s why we’re looking for a talented Video Editor who can handle fast-paced, creative production and help us take our visual content to the next level.

JOB DESCRIPTION

📍 Location: Pilsen (office-based)

🕒 Type of Employment: Full-time

What will you be doing? 🎬📝

🎞️ Video Editing & Creation (Main Focus)

  • Video editing in CapCut (fast, clean, and efficient)
  • Subtitling / Adding captions to videos
  • Adding effects, music, animations, icons, and text elements
  • Preparing final exports in various formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)

🎥 Production & Filming

  • Shooting product videos, UGC, and short ads
  • Working with smartphones/cameras, lighting, and microphones
  • Preparing shots, framing, and setting up scenes

✏️ Creativity & Scriptwriting

  • Writing simple scripts and defining video structures
  • Creating storyboards, shot lists, and shoot preparations
  • Brainstorming new video formats, trends, and viral elements

📊 Performance Optimization (Yes, this counts too!)

  • Crafting strong hooks to capture attention
  • Iterating and improving videos based on performance metrics
  • Tracking social media trends and market research

🗂️ Organization & Asset Management

  • Organizing video files and project assets (Google Drive)
  • Naming, archiving, and saving files in the right folders
  • Keeping footage and assets ready and accessible for the rest of the team

Who are we looking for? 🫵

What we require:

  • Experience with video editing (CapCut experience is ideal)
  • Creativity, speed, and a genuine passion for visual content creation
  • Strong organizational skills and keep your files/work structured
  • You follow social media trends (IG/TikTok) and know how to apply them
  • You’re confident behind the camera – you know how to frame a shot and work with lighting
  • Reliability and a results-driven mindset (getting things done)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with video subtitling/captioning
  • Basic motion graphics/animation skills (texts, icons, transitions)
  • Practical experience using lighting setups and microphones
  • Basic experience with AI tools (trend research, quick ideation, script generation)
